§ 30.22 WRITTEN REPORTS OF COMMITTEES.
   The committee liaison or, in his or her absence, his or her designee, in reporting upon a subject of the liaison assignment, shall report in writing to the Committee of the Whole or the City Council unless such written report is excused by the Mayor. All written reports of any committee liaison and all papers, petitions and other documents relative to a liaison’s report shall be placed on file in the City Clerk’s office and shall become a part of the official city records.
