§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   On conviction of a nuisance as set out in § 151.16 of this code, the owner shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $5 for each day the sidewalk remains out of repair after the expiration of the time specified in the notice, and also, all costs of suit.

   (C)   (1)   Any person or persons or corporation who shall violate the provisions of § 151.30 of this code, or shall cause the same to be done, shall be deemed guilty of committing a nuisance and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not less than $10 and not exceeding $100.
      (2)   Any person or persons or corporation who shall be convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of § 151.30, and after being notified by the Town Marshal to remove the same within a reasonable time thereafter, shall be deemed guilty of a separate violation for every 24 hours the same shall remain unremoved.

   (D)   A violation of any of the provisions of § 151.32 of this code shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $300 and not less than $10, and also, the costs of the action.

   (E)   Any person or persons refusing to comply with an order to remove an obstructing vehicle as defined in § 151.33 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $10, and all costs of action.
