§ 151.33 VEHICLES OBSTRUCTING REMOVED; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Whenever any street, alley or other public ground of the town shall be obstructed by any vehicle, loaded or otherwise, the Mayor, Council members, Marshal or any police officer may order the removal of such vehicle in such a manner as the public convenience may require.

   (B)   Notwithstanding the provisions of this subchapter, it is lawful for loaded vehicles to temporarily obstruct traffic on streets or alleys for the purpose of unloading, but for no longer than a reasonable length of time, and then only with permission of the Mayor, Council members or Town Marshal.
