§ 151.16 FAILURE TO REPAIR A NUISANCE; LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
   (A)   If the owner of such places should neglect to make such repairs, if notified as aforesaid, he or she shall be deemed guilty of maintaining a nuisance.

   (B)   He or she shall also be liable for all damages which the town may incur for reason thereof, to be brought by the town in a proper action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
