§ 151.30 OBSTRUCTIONS UNLAWFUL.
   It is unlawful hereafter for any person or persons or corporation to erect, place or locate, or cause to be erected, placed or located, any building, fence or obstruction of any kind whatsoever, in whole or in part, upon any street, avenue, alley or other public grounds within the town.
