§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 91.01 through 91.04 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (C)   (1)   The fine amount for each violation of § 91.05 of this chapter after the first violation shall be determined under the following formula:
$500 multiplied by (number of ticketed ordinance violations in the past five years) + court costs
      (2)   By way of example, for the fifth ticketed violation of § 91.05 of this chapter occurring within a five-year term, the fine shall equal $500 times five (number of violations), plus court costs.
   (D)   (1)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 91.20 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of $50 from and after ten days following receipt of notice (whether by mail or posting). Each day the owner remains in violation of § 91.20 of this chapter from and after ten days following receipt of notice (whether by mail or posting) shall be a separate offense punishable by a separate $50 fine.
      (2)   Violation of § 91.26 of this chapter shall result in the fines and court costs as set forth at § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (E)   Any person who shall violate any provisions of §§ 91.40 through 91.43 of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense against the town and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
