§ 91.20 UNLAWFUL ACCUMULATION OR DEPOSIT OF TRASH AND WEEDS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any owner of any real property situated wholly or in part within the corporate limits of the town to allow trash or weeds (as those terms are defined in § 91.21 of this chapter) to grow, stand or accumulate upon such premises. It is the duty of such owner to remove such trash and control all weeds.
   (B)   It is unlawful to place any trash on the property of another or on public property, including any public street, easement, sidewalk or other public property, except where such disposal is expressly allowed by law.
   (C)   It is unlawful for any person to dispose of trash into any refuse container, dumpster or other receptacle with belongs to or is leased by another, without the express permission of the owner or lessee of such container, dumpster or receptacle.
