It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to abandon or discard in any place accessible to children, any refrigerator, icebox or ice chest, of a capacity of one and one-half cubic feet or more, which has an attached lid or door which may be opened or fastened shut by means of an attached latch. It shall be unlawful for the owner, lessee or manager of such place to knowingly permit such abandoned or discarded refrigerator, icebox or ice chest to remain in such condition.

(A) Junkyards. It is unlawful for any person to build or maintain a junkyard or to place on town lots, within the town, a junkyard or material commonly found in junkyards such as old car bodies, old vehicles, wrecked vehicles or old secondhand materials commonly found in junkyards or similar places of business. It is unlawful to convert any lots which, as of September 1969, were not so used, into such junkyard or for the purpose of placing thereon material as described above.
(B) Salvage yards. It is unlawful for any person to build or maintain a salvage yard within the town.

It is unlawful for any person to willfully obstruct or interfere with any Health Officer or other code enforcement officer charged with the enforcement of the health or nuisance laws of the town.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any business (as defined in § 10.05 of this code of ordinances) to burn outside any leaves, wood, limbs, sticks, grass, brush, trash, rubbish or other debris (collectively, “debris”); provided, however, that, any business shall be allowed to burn debris outside which has been gathered from real property owned by that business.
(B) The business and all of its owners shall be jointly and severally responsible for the fines and court costs for violation of this section.
