§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the following provisions of this code, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a penalty and fine as set out herein.

§ 90.45(A)(3)	Howling or barking dog for shorter than five or 15 minutes but more than five occasions in a ten-day period - third offense: fourth and subsequent:	$25 $50

   (B)   A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which any violation occurs or continues.
