The Indiana Code currently has in effect statutory requirements for the operation of a kennel. This chapter adopted by the city applies the same requirements as set forth under Indiana Code for a kennel operation. The same shall be interpreted at all times to mean those statutory requirements as may now be in effect or as may hereafter be amended or modified.
