§ 90.25 KEEPING OF WILD AND DANGEROUS ANIMALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or permit to be kept on his premises any wild animal, whether gratuitously or for a fee. This section shall not be constructed to apply to zoological parks, performing animals exhibitions or circuses.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to harbor or keep any wild animal as a pet, unless a permit is granted by applicable state and federal authorities, if required.
