(A) No person shall confine or allow his or her animal to remain outside without access to adequate shelter from the elements.
(B) All animals shall have fresh, potable drinking water and be provided with food that is nutritional for the species in adequate amounts to maintain good health.
(C) Heretofore, adequate shelter has been defined under § 90.01 and all of the terms contained in that definition are inserted herewith and made applicable to this provision.
