559.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

   No person, partnership, association or corporation, whether incorporated for profit or not for profit, shall engage in the business of operating a roller skating rink in the City, unless a license is first obtained and the roller skating rink is operated in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

559.02 OPERATION NEAR SCHOOL, CHURCH OR HOSPITAL PROHIBITED.

   No person shall engage in the business of operating or operate a roller skating rink in the City within 1,000 feet of any school, church or hospital building.
