513.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall engage in or carry on the business of operating and conducting a bowling alley without first obtaining from the Mayor a license for that purpose.

513.02 LICENSE TERM AND FEE.
   The license term shall commence on the date of the issuance of the license and end on December 31 of the year in which the license is issued. The license fee shall be eighteen dollars and seventy-five cents ($18.75) for one alley, and six dollars and twenty-five cents ($6.25) for each additional bowling alley.

513.03 LICENSE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.
   (a)   The Mayor may suspend the license of any licensee for violation of any provision of such rules and regulations as he may establish and publish.
 
   (b)   The Mayor may revoke the license of any licensee who is found guilty of violating any provision of State law or any City ordinance, and no license shall be issued to any such person within one year thereafter.
