(a) Whoever violates Section 351.03, 351.04. 351.05, 351.07, 351.09, 351.10, 351.11, 351.12, 351.13, 351.15, 351.16, 351.18 or 351.19 shall pay to the City at the place and in the manner designated on the violation notice and within seven days of the date of issuance of such notice, the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). If, upon the expiration of such seven-day period the twenty-five dollars ($25.00) is not paid, the violator shall pay to the City, at the place and in the manner designated on such violation notice, the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00). Whoever violates Section 351.14 shall pay to the City at the place and in the manner designated on a violation notice and within seven days of the date of issuance of such notice, the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00). Whoever violates Section 351.17 shall pay to the City at the place and in the manner designated on a violation notice and within seven days of the date of issuance of such notice, the sum of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(1) Such payment shall be deemed a plea of guilty, waiver of court appearance and acknowledgment of conviction of the alleged offense and may be accepted in full satisfaction of the prescribed penalty for such alleged violation. Payment of the prescribed fine need not be accepted when it is further prescribed that a certain number of such offenses shall require court appearance.
(2) Upon the failure of any violator to pay as above provided, such violator shall be cited to appear in Municipal Court and shall be subject to the penalties provided for in Section 303.99 and the costs of prosecution.
(b) Whoever violates any other section of this chapter shall be subject to the peanlty provisions of Section 303.99 and the costs of prosecution.
