351.16 PROHIBITED PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.

No person shall park a bus, commercial tractor, agricultural tractor, truck of more than three-quarter ton capacity, recreational vehicle, travel trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer, house trailer or other trailer on any street within the residential districts of the City, except while actually loading or unloading.
