(a) The Fire Chief or his designee, may require and designate certain areas within the City as public or private fire lanes as deemed necessary by such fire official for the efficient and effective use of fire apparatus.
(b) The designated fire lanes shall be maintained free of obstruction and vehicles and shall be marked in a manner prescribed by the fire official.
(c) Any vehicle operated and/or parked in violation of this section shall be subject to removal and impounding pursuant to Section 303.08, and can be enforced by the Fire Chief or his designee or any member of the Police Department.
