(a) No person shall cause, allow or permit a motor vehicle to occupy any parking space beyond the maximum consecutive parking time limit of three (3) hours, for the particular space occupied, unless a shorter maximum time limit is lawfully prescribed by appropriate notice on posted signs. Each hour of any continuing violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
(b) No person shall cause, allow or permit the chalk marking on vehicle tires placed by the City's Parking Control officers to be erased, removed or covered.
(c) No person shall cause, allow or permit a motor vehicle to be moved to another parking space on the same side of a City street or alley within 260 feet or half block after once occupying another three (3) hour maximum parking space within such half block during that same day.
(d) No person shall cause, allow or permit a motor vehicle to occupy any parking space in municipal parking lot spaces designated as "daily" spaces without paying therefore the sum of fifty cents (50¢) per day in advance by depositing such sum in the appropriate collection box placed in each Municipal parking lot.
