(a) No person shall park a motor vehicle, trailer, semitrailer, bus, commercial tractor, agricultural tractor, truck, or any type trailer in any parking space within the City that is designated as a handicapped parking space by a posted sign except for a handicapped person using such parking space to park a motor vehicle displaying a set of handicapped license plates registered and issued pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4503.44, or a motor vehicle displaying a handicapped parking card issued pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4503.44. For purposes of this section "handicapped person" shall be defined as is set forth in Ohio R.C. 4503.44(A).

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, except that the minimum fine for a violation of subsection (a) hereof shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
