(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall violate any provision of § 130.01, shall, upon conviction before the Magisterial District Judge or other court of competent jurisdiction and in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. §§ 65101 et seq., be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 plus the costs of prosecution, including, but not limited to, all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township in enforcing the violation. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense, and each provision violated shall constitute a separate offense
(C) Any person who shall violate any provision of § 130.02 shall, upon conviction before the Magisterial District Judge or other court of competent jurisdiction and in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. §§ 65101 et seq., be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 plus the costs of prosecution, including, but not limited to, all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township in enforcing the violation. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense, and each provision violated shall constitute a separate offense.
(D) Any person who shall violate any provision of § 130.03 shall, upon conviction before the Magisterial District Judge or other court of competent jurisdiction and in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. §§ 65101 et seq., be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $500 plus the costs of prosecution, including, but not limited to, all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township in enforcing the violation. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense, and each provision violated shall constitute a separate offense.
(E) Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 130.15 or 130.16 shall, upon conviction before the Magisterial District Judge or other court of competent jurisdiction and in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. §§ 65101 et seq., be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 plus the costs of prosecution, including, but not limited to, all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township in enforcing the violation. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense, and each provision violated shall constitute a separate offense
