(A) No person shall place in any of the streets, creeks, watercourses or sewer inlets of the township any excrement, filth, garbage, ashes, refuse, waste paper, rubbish, animal carcass, empty boxes or containers or abandoned matter of any kind.
(B) No person shall place or dump any excrement, filth, garbage, ashes, refuse, waste paper, rubbish, animal carcass, empty boxes or containers or abandoned matter of any kind upon the premises of any other person within the township without the prior permission of such other person.
(C) Nothing in this section prohibits any person from setting out garbage or rubbish for collection by the township or other authorized collector.
