§ 130.01 DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   (A)   Any person disturbing the peace within the township shall be guilty of a violation of this section.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      DISTURBING THE PEACE.
         (a)   Any act, word or conduct causing or tending to cause a disturbance of the peace and good order of the township, or causing or tending to cause any danger, discomfort or annoyance to any of the inhabitants of the township or users of the township thoroughfares; or making any loud, boisterous or unseemingly noise or disturbance; or fighting or quarreling or inciting others to fight or quarrel; or the public use of obscene or indecent language; or the loafing or loitering or congregating upon any public streets or alleys or public grounds of the township to the annoyance of peaceable residents nearby or traveling upon any street or alley or being lawfully upon any public grounds of the township whereby the public peace is broken or disturbed or the traveling public annoyed.
         (b)   The act of congregating or loitering on private property by persons who are neither business invitees nor guests in such a manner as to inconvenience other persons who are business invitees or guests is also defined as DISTURBING THE PEACE and is hereby declared to be unlawful.
