§ 10.99 GENERAL CODE PENALTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for anyone to change, alter or tamper with this code of ordinances in any manner which will intentionally misrepresent the laws of the township. Anyone violates this division (A), upon conviction before the Magisterial District Judge or other court of competent jurisdiction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 per day during which such violation shall continue, plus all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township in enforcing the violation. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense, and each provision violated shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   All provisions of this township code which fail to specifically provide for procedures and/or fines concerning the prosecution of violations thereof shall be enforced in accordance with the following:
      (1)   Any violation of a provision of this township code shall hereinafter be enforced by the township, in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. §§ 65101 et seq., by either filing a civil enforcement proceeding or a non-traffic citation against the violator(s) with a Magisterial District Judge with jurisdiction, or other court of competent jurisdiction, at the township’s discretion. Notice of such enforcement proceeding shall be made in accordance with the applicable Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure. If a defendant neither pays nor timely appeals any resulting judgment, the township may enforce the judgment pursuant to the applicable Rule of Civil Procedure.
      (2)   Persons violating any provision of this code of ordinances, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine in accordance with the following.
         (a)   For all provisions governing violations concerning building; housing; property maintenance; health; fire; public safety; parking; solicitation; curfew; and water, air and noise pollution, each such violation shall carry a fine not exceeding $1,000 per day during which such violation shall continue, plus all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township in enforcing the violation. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense, and each provision violated shall constitute a separate offense
         (b)   For all other provisions, each such violation shall carry a fine not exceeding $600 per day during which such violation shall continue, plus all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township in enforcing the violation. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense, and each provision violated shall constitute a separate offense.
