§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)    Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of § 94.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.

   (C)   (1)   Any person who violates any of the regulations set forth in § 94.17 above while using or in connection with use of the portion of the Shuster Way Heritage Trail located within Bedford Borough shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 payable to Bedford Borough, plus attorney's fees and expenses incurred by the borough in connection therewith, or in default of payment of such fines, costs, and expenses, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. The borough's Solicitor is hereby authorized to handle prosecution of any such matter without seeking prior written consent of the district attorney. The borough hereby reserves the ability to exercise all other legal remedies available to it, whether in law, in equity, or otherwise to enforce §§ 94.15 to 94.19. In the event that any such remedy is exercised, the borough shall be entitled to recover all attorney's fees and expenses incurred by it in connection with such exercise of additional remedies.
      (2)   Each day's continuance of anything prohibited by §§ 94.15 to 94.19 shall be a separate offense hereunder.
