§ 94.19 ENFORCEMENT.

Bedford Borough Police Department is hereby authorized to enforce the regulations for use of the Shuster Way Heritage Trail. It shall be the duty of Bedford Borough Police Department to investigate and prosecute any violation of this subchapter.
