1347.10 FAILURE TO COMPLY.

Whenever the owner/operator of any facility or premises fails, neglects or refuses to comply with any notice of violation within the time period specified in said notice, the responsible official shall proceed as provided in Sections 1347.11, 1347.12 or 1347.13 whichever is applicable.
