1347.12 PROSECUTION OF VIOLATIONS.

Where the owner/operator of any facility or premises fails to comply with a notice of violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, said owner/operator shall be considered to be in violation of this code and the responsible official may proceed at law to compel compliance and to prosecute said violation.
