The applicant for a building permit, for projects as defined in Section 1345.03, shall include a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan as described in this chapter. Copies of the written comments, permits and approvals of other regulatory agencies shall be submitted to the City. The City Building Commissioner shall seek written approval of the plan from the City Engineer prior to issuance of a permit to construct.
