The applicant for a Building Permit, for projects as defined in Section 1343.03, shall include a Storm Water Management Plan in addition to the Site Development Plan, Drainage Calculations and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. The City Building Commissioner shall seek written approval of the plan from the City Engineer prior to issuance of a permit to construct.
