731.18 TEMPORARY PERMITS; FEES.

In the case of an extraordinary public emergency arising, affecting transportation, the City Manager may issue temporary permits for a period of not to exceed fifteen (15) days.

The fee for such temporary permits shall be two dollars ($2.00) for the driver and twenty dollars ($20.00) for the taxicab.
