(a) License. The fee for a license to conduct, operate and maintain a private swimming pool shall be two dollars ($2.00) per calendar year or any portion thereof.
(b) Inspection Service, Chlorine. Upon request of any pool owner or operator and the payment fee of two dollars ($2.00), the City will conduct a chlorine test as outlined in Section 729.15 thereof.
(c) Inspection Service, Bacteria. Upon request of any pool owner or operator and payment of a fee of five dollars ($5.00), the City will conduct a bacteria test as outlined in Section 729.16 thereof.
