The bacterial quality of water in the pool shall be maintained so that no two successive samples or no more than fifteen percent (15%) of any number of successive samples shall contain more than two hundred (200) bacteria per cubic centimeter, nor show positive results for cold aerogenes. The water must be maintained in such a manner as to be free from noxious odor and not allowed to become stagnant.
