All fees for permits and certificates are payable upon approval of application therefor. If any installation for which a permit is issued is not started within six months or completed within one year from the date of permit, unless an extension of time is granted by the Building Commissioner, the permit shall be automatically canceled and all fees paid shall be forfeited. Fees shall be provided for in Section 1305.12 of the Building Code.
