(a) Notwithstanding 505.20, special permits may be issued by the Chief of Police with the approval of the City Manager for culling deer utilizing a firearm on private property (only on large tracks of vacant, non-residential land) with the written consent of the owner or public property (with similar constraints) provided the appropriate permit(s) have already been obtained from the State of Ohio, Division of Wildlife (ODOW), and in compliance with all state and local regulations.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
