921.01  COSTS; DEPOSIT.
   (a)   The cost of sale of cemetery lots, graves and services shall be as follows:
 
(1)
For each lot sold

(2)
Interments, disinterments and grave openings: Actual cost to City plus  administrative fee of
$100.00
(3)
Other services. Actual cost to City by its own labor or by contracting for such service with others plus twenty-five percent of cost as administrative fee.
   (b)   The Finance Director is authorized to establish a form to compute administrative costs. Prior to any work commencing, the applicant shall post a cash deposit with the Finance Department in an amount to be computed by the Finance Director for the estimated cost. Any overage shall be promptly refunded to the applicant and any shortage shall be promptly paid by the applicant. (Ord. 1992-21. Passed 1-27-92.)
