850.99 PENALTY.

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is responsible for a Class F Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to the civil fines provided in Section 202.98 and any other relief that may be imposed by the court.

(b) The person who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of Sections 850.08, 850.12, 850.15, 850.16, or 850.23 is responsible for a Class C Municipal Civil Infraction and shall be subject to the civil fines provided in Section 202.98 and any other relief that may be imposed by the court.
