850.23 SOLICITING PASSENGERS AT AIRPORT TERMINAL.

No person shall advertise, solicit, sell or offer for sale the service of transporting passengers for hire from the Terminal Building at W.K. Kellogg Regional Airfield, in or about such Terminal Building, unless such person is authorized to do so by resolution of the City Commission.
