850.12 SEATING REQUIREMENTS.

No driver shall permit any person to sit in a taxicab who is not a passenger for hire or an official or employee of a person holding a license under which the taxicab is operated. A person may be carried in the front seat of a taxicab if such person is a passenger for hire.
