361.99 PENALTY.

   (EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 303.99 for general Code penalty.)

   (a)   Whoever violates Section 361.06 shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00). For a third such violation, in addition to the fine, the Police Department may impound the vehicle.

   (b)   Whoever violates Section 361.21 or 361.22 shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (A.O.)

   (c)   Whoever violates Section 361.24 shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or the subject vehicle shall be impounded, or both such fine and/or impoundment shall be imposed. The Police Department may impound the subject vehicle at the time of violation. In addition to such fine and impoundment, the registered owner of the subject vehicle shall be responsible for the payment of any fees or charges incurred in the impoundment of the subject vehicle.
