1305.01   Adoption.

1305.01 ADOPTION.
   Council does hereby approve, accept and adopt the "Comprehensive Plan for the Village of Barboursville", prepared and presented by the Planning Commission.
   It is further ordained that this plan be permanently filed in the office of the Recorder of the Municipality.
