CHAPTER 1052: ELECTRICITY
Editor’s note:
   Ord. 193-2000, passed 10-9-2000, authorized the city to enter into the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council of Governments for the purpose of jointly establishing and implementing an electricity aggregation program. On 11-7-2000, the voters of the city approved an opt-out electricity aggregation program. Ord. 226-2000, passed 12-18-2000, adopted the Plan of Operation and Governance for the Electricity Aggregation Program for the city and the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council. Ord. 68-2001, passed 3-26-2001, adopted the Plan of Operation and Governance for the Electricity Aggregation Program for the City with First Energy Services Corp. Copies of these ordinances and plans may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
There are no sections in this Ch. 1052. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross-references and any future legislation.
