The developer or subdivider shall design and construct improvements according to standards that are not less than the standards outlined in these Subdivision Regulations and shown on the City standard construction drawings and as amended from time to time. The work shall be done under City supervision and inspection and shall be completed within the time described and submitted to the Service Director at the time of the pre-application meeting. All inspection costs shall be paid by the developer or subdivider.
