1248.01 APPROVAL AND FINANCIAL GUARANTEES REQUIRED PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.

Prior to construction of improvements, the developer or subdivider shall obtain approval of the final development plan or final plat and shall furnish the financial guarantees required by Section 1244.10(d), or shall provide for such financial guarantees in an agreement with the City approved by Council.
