(a) The scavenger license of anyone who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked by the Safety Director. Any person whose scavenger license has been revoked pursuant to this section shall not be issued another scavenger license for at least three years from the date of revocation.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation issued pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
