SECTION 39. BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   The Municipal Building Inspector shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the concurrence of a majority of the members of Council. The Building Inspector shall serve for a term not longer than the term of the Mayor who appoints him/her at a rate of compensation to be fixed by Council.
