The Clerk of Council shall attend all meetings of Council and shall keep the journal of Council and its records and perform such other duties as Council may from time to time require. The Clerk of Council shall have custody of all rules, by-laws, ordinances and resolutions passed or adopted by Council and such records shall be available for the inspection of all interested persons.
