1464.10 COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING CODE.

Where appropriate, the provisions of Chapter 1246 of the Planning and Zoning Code shall be complied with in those instances where the type of building being moved falls within the definition of the types of buildings described in such chapter, and such building, when moved, will be located within the City.
