1464.01 DEFINITION OF BUILDING.
   As used in this chapter, "building" means a structure designed, built or occupied as a shelter or other enclosure for any person, animal or property and used for residential, business, mercantile, storage, commercial, industrial, institutional, assembly, educational or recreational purposes, excluding motor vehicles licensed as such by the appropriate governmental authority. Any structure, the outside dimensions of which are all less than ten feet in width, ten feet in length and fourteen feet in height (including the moving facility), shall not be considered a building.
