(a) The Municipal Cemetery located south and west of, and adjacent to, Veterans' Memorial Park on the northerly side of Lake Road within the Municipality, shall be open daily to all persons from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from April 1 through October 31, and from sunrise to sunset from November 1 through March 31. Such Cemetery shall be closed daily to all persons from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. of the following day from April 1 through October 31, and from sunset to sunrise from November 1 through March 31.
(b) No person shall enter or remain on any area of such Cemetery at any time when such area is closed pursuant to subsection (a) hereof.
