Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall by subject to the penalties provided in Section 698.02. For a second offense within one year after the first offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. For a third offense within one year after the first offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
